I just wanted to say that we both really enjoyed the course. Steve really rated you when he did the course 3 years ago and when we were discussing this year’s training he really wanted us to use you. And if I’m honest, we didn’t see why we would go to Malton when there are other providers in York. But we agreed and we are both really pleased that we did and can really understand why Steve was so keen to use you again. You made what could be a heavy topic, easy to digest. You gave us extra little bits of information that other trainers haven’t ever given us – just little things like why we do something, not just how to do it. And you made it fun and interesting.
